I am a dedicated graduate of Psychology, a wife of over 20 years, a mother of 4 and a sibling of 6. I have many accomplishments and accolades but the most profound of them all would be the moment that I became aware of simply being me. For years I had tricked myself into believing that playing it safe would be the best route for me on the way to my space of success. Contrary to my own belief, safe was never a prerequisite for my destiny. My belief system was off. I had adopted an imposter mindset that became the perpetual script that subconsciously governed my life. The experience of trauma during my childhood and adolescent years, had become the lens for how I viewed and shaped my life.

​Even though I was working diligently to be better, I was following the script of what I thought success should be and in the process I was holding hostage my true potential and life of fulfillment. Through much experience be it  good or unfavorable, I found that all experiences were equally necessary for driving me forcefully into a state of being and not just doing.

​​It was the collective process of my experiences and my passion for greater that led me on a journey of self reflection, self discovery, and self actualization. I reconnected with my desire to help and see others at their best. Overcoming my own experiences ignited a burning passion in me to assist others in overcoming, breaking through and reconnecting to their true self, true vision, authentic values and priorities. I have since assisted many individuals by way of coaching and/or intervention in taking dominion of their lives and making something great out of what God created on the inside of them. I am Narsha S, Gantz and this is my life's work.
